These Concrete Washout Pans are rugged / reusable steel containers made in USA that comply with EPA environmental regulations

They are essential on-site equipment designed to collect concrete washout water and solids from the washing down of transit truck chutes, pump truck hoppers, hoses and tools after completion of use at construction sites.

They can be stacked for transport and equipped with lifting lugs for lifting with a crane or fork lift pockets for picking up with a fork lift truck.

How to use the concrete washout pans

1. Identify a location that is easily accessible by a concrete truck to place the washout pan.

2. After a concrete pour, direct concrete truck drivers to the washout location. The truck driver will washout their truck chute into the washout pan.

3. Repeat the process until the tub is full.

4. Once full wait for the concrete slurry in the tub to harden and cure. Turn the tub upside down to remove the hardened concrete and loaded into a dump truck and sent to a concrete recycling location.

5. Use a pan lid to enclose the slurry and swap out the full tub for an empty one. The full one can be shipped to a concrete recycling center to be emptied.
